You want more leads, but are you really ready for them?

Imagine your sales increases by 25% tomorrow — jump for joy? Or implosion of operations?



As business owners, we have that goal in mind that we want to grow infinitely. Perhaps you have yearly projections: 5% increase this year, 15% increase next year, and so on…

Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t try to get more customers, I’m just saying you should do it with a more organic in-bound method.

Yes, you might think this image is funny. You might think ‘I would be happy to be swimming in leads!’ But I want you to take a step back and think about it, I mean REALLLYY think about it…


  • Is your CRM built to take in new leads automatically, or does somebody need to enter them in manually?

  • Can a single salesperson follow up with X% more people per day, before that lead goes to the competition?

  • Are your salespeople available to take on X% more sales calls per day?

  • Can your product or service cater to X% amount of new customers in a timely fashion?


If the answer is no, then you need to make sure to have this in place, for the day when this comes true and you are scrambling for a solution. Yes, it is possible that with the internet nowadays, and the power of online marketing and internet virality, that this could happen for you as early as tomorrow.
